A global group of leaders representing government, public policy, academia and the corporate sector, joined moderator Carl Honoré and panelists Pedro Pittella, Head of Human Resources at Sanofi Brazil, and Elizabeth Harris, Chief Strategy Officer at ARC Worldwide, a division of Publicis, in a discussion on their organizations’ innovative approaches to creating and sustaining age-friendly workplaces and the positive impact of age-inclusive corporate DEI strategies. Of note to organizations worldwide, the speakers were clear that acknowledging the value of older employees is not only a moral obligation, but also a sound business decision. The older worker is an untapped corporate resource that needs to be engaged more.
